Ramsey Island Rowing Race :: On Saturday, 25th July at 17.30hrs
Around Ramsey Island, starting from Whitesands Beach
The race is a demanding 7.5 miles course around the beautiful and dramatic tidal island of Ramsey
See the start of the event from Whitesands Beach, or watch from the coastal path as the rowing boats race down Ramsey Sound.
You can also follow the race around Ramsey Island by boat.

Looking forward to it – especially getting back on to the beach, blistered and knackered.
This was the best event that I’ve been to this summer. Great race, beautiful location, and fantastic hosts. The evening party was brilliant, and the hot tub made the expected aches for Sunday mysteriously disappear!
