Fixed Seat Technique Workshop :: British Rowing

I am running a fixed seat technique workshop at Rock Sailing Club on Tues 13th March at 6.30pm.

This is a 3 hour workshop looking at developing fixed seat rowing technique, the cost is £6 and includes a 3 month membership to British Rowing, the bar will be open for refreshments.
