Vision Round Britain gig ladies nearing the end

Well, the all female 8-gig-rower Vision Round Britain sailing crew are now well past the 1500 mile mark and are right back into gig club territory – Swanage, Weymouth, Lyme Regis, Teign, Dart, and we think they’ll be heading to Salcombe for a stop over tonight. The East coast and the Dover straits brought a big set of challenges, rough weather, shallow water and a huge increase in on-water obstacles and traffic compared to the North and West. We have corrected the gremlins that were affecting the on-board tracking system – it’s been a very popular and addictive part of the trip so do check it out!
