St. Ives gig club vintage regatta :: CANCELLED

Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstance this event has been cancelled.

Sunday September 20th (rescheduled), Carbis Bay Beach, St. Ives.

St. Ives Pilot Gig Club would like to invite you to their annual regatta with a difference.

As the ladies’ championships will have already taken place both ladies’ A and B will be fun races.

The men, as it will be the week before the championships, will have a race at least equal in distance to Newquay but instead of an A and B race there will be race 1 and 2, the club with the least combined time the winners.

Mixed, Veterans and Juniors will all be standard races.

Cox’s meeting will be at 11.00am and racing will commence shortly afterwards.

Hopefully, weather and tide permitting all gigs and trailers will be parked on the beach.
