About: The Yealm Gig rowing Club was founded in 1991 and was the first gig club to form outside of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The club is located on a creek of the River Yealm, nearly 6 miles to the southeast of Plymouth, in the South Hams district of Devon.
